Meeting Minutes

Faculty members present: Mike Yardley- Principal, Melissa Nichols,
Michelle Carver, Shellie Shupe.

Parent members present: Alison Hunsaker, Jennifer Boyer-Thurgood,
Michelle Anderson, Morgan Keyes, Windy Olson (virtual).

Absent: Julia Babilis Stephens, Mike Booth.

Statement of matters proposed, discussed, or decided:
● The members of the council viewed the Trust Land video “Building the Trust”

● 96% of Trust Land goes directly into schools.
● Community Council Members were introduced.
● The officers will remain the same: Jennifer Boyer-Thurgood as
President, Michelle Carver as Vice-chair, and Melissa Nichols as
Secretary.
● Approval of 3/8/21 minutes were emailed for an approval. All members
voted to approve.
● Mike Yardley reviewed the current plan for the school.
● Meeting dates were set, next meeting is Nov. 9th 2021 in the Uintah

Elementary Library at 3:30 pm.
● Morgan Keyes voted to adjourn the meeting and Shellie Shupe was the 1st & Michelle Carver was the 2nd
to vote for adjournment.
