The school community council gives educational stakeholders the oppurtunity to have direct input regarding resources and expenditures alloted to schools from the state of Utah's Land Trust Funds. The community council gives parents, teachers, and administration an oppurtunity to be a member of a group that discusses the allocation of these funds for academic improvement.
