Uintah Elementary Community Council Meeting Minutes January 12, 2023

COMMUNITY COUNCIL MINUTES 1/12/23

Members Present: Parents- Rachel Chase, Julia Stephens, Windy Olson, School- Mike Yardley, Melissa Nichols
Members Absent: Parents- Michelle Anderson, Morgan Keyes, Christy Achter, School- Michelle Carver, Shellie Shupe 


Approval of prior meeting minutes: Julia Stephens motioned to approve minutes and Rachel chase 2 nd the motion.

  • Overview of council busines:
  •  Mr. Yardley reviewed the current plan for math and reading within the School Land Trust Plan.
  •  Mr. Yardley reviewed the budget and presented data from the RISE testing.
  •  The council discussed more funding for Robotics in the future.
  •  The council also discussed the need for replacing all sound systems in the school.
  •  The next Community council meeting is on February 2, 2023.
